- Full CRM, a profile in search, sign-ups, attendance, basic analytics - no charge up to 100 Active Students. Above that threshold you pay 2 zł net per Active Student. The Free plan lasts forever, with no payment card and no trial period.
- Someone who attended at least one class in a given month (present or make-up). One-time guests who came once and never returned are never counted toward the limit.
- Yes - in draft mode you use all Pro and Studio features for free while the school stays hidden from the public. Charges start only when you publish your profile.
- You can upload a student list and schedule from a CSV file. If you use another CRM, let us know - we'll help with migration on a case-by-case basis.
- Pro gives unlimited rooms, unlimited substitutes, off-schedule services and access to paid modules. Studio adds roles and permissions (RBAC) for the team - admin, reception, instructors - when more than one person runs the school.
- They require Pro or Studio. Billed separately, only when you enable them. Module launch: right after the platform's public go-live.
